Today out of the blue every page making a call to the API and the when I try to access the admin it redirects to the error.php and says We're having the same problem. We haven't gotten any forms submitted since Friday night early Saturday. No changes made. We have to installations. One on the main domain and a second on a subdomain. The subdomain formtools is still fine. In Firefox the error is: The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. * This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. on page: http://westpointinsurance.com/forms2/error.php although it's the same error when trying to log in to form tools too. Any information would be great. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks, nytsua RE: Everything redirecting to error.php - Falcadia - Mar 16th, 2010 Well duh. The database was down hence the error.php was doing what it was supposed to. Would be nice to get some error reporting when this happens. Probably in the server logs or a debug setting I ma not aware of. Anyways, contacted my hosting provider and had them reboot. Problem fixed. I never doubted FT I knew it had to be the server. Keep up the good work!! RE: Everything redirecting to error.php - atrace - Mar 16th, 2010 Strange, I reinstalled FT and problem went away. I was able to access the db the whole time. |
