form tools failing after a server migration - ferga - Mar 25th, 2010 Hello, I have been working with form tools since several years ago with no problems. Today i have needed to migrate my account to other new server. The migration has done trough cpanel´s transfer account manager. After the migration was done, everything looks like to be ok until we try to send emails trough the forms. The messages never reach the destination. No error mesage, only never get its destiny. The strange aspect is that if you send a test message from the panel, that test message arrive with no problems. Any idea? Thanks RE: form tools failing after a server migration - Ben - Mar 27th, 2010 Eesh... this is a Form Tools 1 question, I think! To be honest, I don't really remember how the email field info was stored for FT1, but I'm wondering if maybe there's something in the database that's stored the old server location or something.... I'd take a look through the FT1 database - maybe the settings table - and see if you can find any hardcoded reference to old server locations. - Ben |
