Email auto response not working - brd1984 - Jun 16th, 2010 The tests work fine, but when actually sending the form, no emails come through.. Any suggestions? Could it be to do with anything re: PHP settings on the server? Checked all of the settings as I had a look at previous forum entries - all sorted Thanks Ben RE: Email auto response not working - Ben - Jun 19th, 2010 Hi Ben, When you say the test works fine, do you mean the "Send Test Email" button on the Edit Form -> Email Templates -> Edit Email Template page? If so, that's a good start - at least we know the email functionality is configured on your server. Check the first tab of the email template. That specifies when the emails should be sent. Is "on submission" checked? Also, is this an API or POST form? Thanks! - Ben
