I am sure I saw somewhere a way to separate groups of fields within a form but I cannot find it. I want to split up groups of fields within one form (not the Views tab thing as this is to split it into separate areas).

Hi,
Sorry, I really don't follow. Why don't Views work in this case? They're designed to show any subset of your form fields.

I found your Extended Client Fields which seems to be what I was thinking of. I have used Views to create Tabs but not for separating out one Tab area which the above seems to do.
