2.1.9 has System check errors after upgrading from 2.1.8

Hello!

I made a copy of my running installation for testing 2.0.x -> 2.1.8 -> 2.1.9 upgrade. I uninstalled the DB check und ran the System check. Now I have two problems which can't be fixed:

1. System Check: ERROR, missing hooks
   
2. System Check - missing table: ft_module_submission_pre_parser_rules
   
3. System Check - missing table: ft_module_submission_pre_parser_rule_forms
   

For the first the fixing doesn't change anything. The errors is still there after running the repair link.
For the second and third an automatic fix is not shown. I think the 2nd and 3rd just orrcurred after updating to 2.1.9 because the server validation just was introduced with 2.1.9.

How can these problems be fixed? I can't update my production evironment before I have fixed the errors.

Are you running the latest version of that module (1.1.4)? I have a vague recollection that the last module release fixed this problem.

Scratch that - this is a problem with the System Check module.

Give me a few minutes and I'll release 1.0.2 - that'll include a fix for this and the incorrect "run all tests" blurb that you noticed.

Bah, it just dawned on me that the latest version won’t fix it for you.

What had happened was that I’d accidentally checked-in a dud file by mistake, which got rolled out in the module. I removed the dud file from the latest version, but just upgrading won’t actually fix it: the file will still exist on your site.

To fix it, just delete the [ft root]/modules/system_check/module_config.php file.

I removed the module_config.php file manually and updated the module to V1.0.2 and everything is fine now.
