I have added some new drop down select fields to some forms and updated the fields listing in formtools admin. I have verified that the database was updated to reflect the new column names. I have also verified that the name of my select elements in the web page match the name assigned in formtools. However, in the options menu for that field, the select fields do not show up nor does a submission add anything to the database.

What am I missing here? Using version 2.25
