Removes content from email-copy

i've just setup a form with an email copy using the standard email template "To user - Omit empty fields". The problem is that it removes some of the text from the top of the email. For example "Thanks for your submittion". The bottom text and the field-information seems to be there.

When i start to test a bit it totally removes everything. Ive tried to remove everything and write just "test", but the emails i get is empty.

Here is an example-template that looks like the one i use. The top text "thanks for your order!" is removed from the email:

Does anyone know why, or have anyone experienced the same problem?
