I am definitely a noob and lost to boot. I installed FT and created a form, filled it all out and said ok, but can't seem to find it on my site. Where or what file extension do I find this form so that I can direct my followers to go to? http://www.streak27.com is my website, and the for I created is called Randies.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

If you created a form in FT, it is only accessible in FT. You can't link to it externally to place on your website.

You need to create an form in your html editor, upload it, then add to FT as an external form. Steps are provided when adding an external form.
