Hi All,
I'm new to the Form Tools community. I'm a disaster services volunteer with the American Red Cross local chapter. I need a script that will allow me to type in fields and the output a email that is sent to the leadership. There are many of us that are "Supervisors-on-Call" (SOC) and I'm trying to standardize what comes out to our leadership teams so that they can disseminate information to the appropriate partners.
#1 - Is there a way to do If... Then... statements in the email templates? For example, I want to have a TypeOfIncident field. In this field it would say "Single-Family Fire, Multi-Family Fire, Other." There would be an TypeOfIncident-Other field. If the "TypeOfIncident" field says "Other" then it would pull in the "TypeOfIncident-Other" field into the email.
#2 - SOCs select their name on the form. They will also select their SOCemail as well. Is there a way to pass this to the email template so that it says in the actual email from-name and from-email?
Form Tools looks like it could be great for us... but these are deal breakers
