I'm trying to install Form Tools on a new domain.com website. After much playing around I finally got to the CREATE DATABASE TABLES page. After putting in my information I received this error:

The following error occurred:

Sorry, we were unable to connect to the database using the information you supplied. The error message the database returned is: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111


What does this mean & how do I continue from here?
