Year missing from form timestamp

A bit of an odd one:

Whenever any submission is entered into FT2.0.6, the Date field always returns a timestamp minus the year:

May 11th, 10:46 PM

Changing the Date filed in settings has no effect; currently set as:

Code:

G:i D j M Y

which doesn't even make sense.

Never mind. I wasn't aware it was a user setting:

Your Account -> Date
