where do my form submission go

im new to this 'formtool" .i would like to know i details how to setup my form so they are email to me once they submit them. is there a line in the script i need to add

i have this right now and it still wont work

and i dont receive them by email

Sure! There's plenty of documentation. For the email functionality, see this page:

The 2.1. documentation is still a little out of date, but it's almost finished. The email section is all perfectly accurate though.
