Backup/Restore to a different FormTools installation?

We used FormTools extensively on our old website, and we just recently started using a new installation of it on our new website, and I've run into a quandary...

Namely, if I have a complex form on the old FormTools installation that I'd like to migrate over to the new FormTools installation, is there any way to do that short of manually creating a new form in the new FormTools installation?

I briefly looked into the Form Backup module, but that appears to do backup/restore within the same FormTools installation, so it's not quite what I need.

And, since this is the only form that I need to migrate, copying the entire spreadsheet is out of the question.

Should I just bite the bullet and recreate the form manually within the new FormTools installation, or is there a better way?

Just curious, is this an internal form or something you made with Form Builder? My first thought was the Form Backup module, but I didn't realize that it only works with the same FT installation.
