Auto Fill a Field

Hi.

Thanks for formtoools. It's great.

How do I set a field to be pre filled? That is, when a user gets to that field, it is already populated, but they can change it if need be.

In that field, a large majority of the entries will be the same. A few won't.

For a text area field, try:

Code:

<textarea>
Here is the data you want to show in your textarea
</textarea>

Or for a simple text field, try:

Code:

<input type="text" name="first_name" value="Robert">

This will pre fill the name field with "Robert".

How do I do this with an "internal" form?

Unfortunately I do not believe that you can do that with an internal form.
