Hi:

I am new to form tools. I need to do the following:
create a form online on my website that users can fill in their information and then save form online and leave it there for others to fill in their information. Sample:

sign up sheet

Drawmaster _____________________________ Date__________________ Start Time __________ May 7th
9 or 18
# Name Cart Signature
1 Jane Doe ______ ____________
2 Susy Smith
3 Nancy Cold
4 Sylvia Jones
5 Samantha Best
6 Judy Nottingham

They need to fill in the cart and the signature column.

Hey Max,

When you refer to "fill in the cart" are you intending on using Form Tools as a shopping cart? Form Tools is not a shopping cart and there are numerous other applications that would probably be a better fit if you are looking to create a shopping cart.

no it is not a shopping cart what I meant was they need to fill in the column called cart on my sample. As well they need to fill in the column called signature

Yes, Form Tools can definitely do that. Form Tools is a flexible application that will enable you to collect any submission from any form. You will first need to create your own HTML, PHP forms (or whatever language you use) and connect via process.php or using the Form Tools API.

Alternatively, you can purchase the Form Builder to create forms without code.
