I just ran the system check on one of my installations.  I got errors in two sections:

1)  Hook Verification:  "Extended Client Fields: ERROR, too many hooks".  I clicked repair... not sure what it did, but it runs as "pass" now.

2) Orphan Clean-up:  Getting a few errors.. haven't run the repair on it yet, want to double check I'm not deleting
