I am using the file submission module and I typed some instructions in the comment field, but this comment field does not show up in the form below the file upload field [Image: sad.gif]

[Image: lightbulb.gif] I un-ticked the box to enable the comment field in the settings (i.e. not using the default empty comment).

How can I fix this?

Thanks for your offer to help.

I attached two screenshots:

- the first of the definition of the text to be shown 
- the second of the form that does not show the text in the end

I want to add some instructions about the image size of the file to be uploaded.
