What is the simplest method to pass thru parameters like referer link ($_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']) or something in URL vars ($HTTP_GET_VARS), for example referer page title? I tried to do a hidden field in form buider template but I can not catch its value when sending form.

Hi there,

I would use the external form method with a hidden field which uses PHP to populate it instead.
