Columns appear blank in formtools - visible in database

I am currently using Form Tools core 2.2.6.

I have several forms available externally and as of lately when the submissions are viewed in the summary listing or in the table view, it appears certain columns are blank. One of these columns is a List Group shared by several forms, this group seems blank in every from that uses it.

What is really baking my noodle is that the form information captured IS recorded in the Tables on the MySQL end. Apparently Form Tools just doesnt see it anymore. Any suggestions on how I can get my data visible again ?

I'll second a similar issue. I've been getting way too many blank forms come through. I'm using the 'required' attribute on fields, which I know safari doesn't obey, but even still, my clients are complaining that their customers are complaining forms are getting filled/sent and they never hear anything back. this is an issue i'm having using both windows and linux servers. really driving me up the wall. the last thing i could possible try would be to implement server-side validation. if that doesn't fix it i'll need to find a new form system at least until the formtools author comes back around and gets the next version out with hopefully a lot of fixes and updates. else it's going to be me in hot water.
