Client account that can only fill out forms

Is there a feature or way to create a client account that will only allow the client to fill out a list of forms? This would give them a login into formtools and then a predefined list of forms that they can only fill out but will not be able to edit.

You can definitely create client accounts and only allow access to certain forms. You can allow them to view-only and not edit the forms.

I think I may have worded my initial question funny.
I am looking for a way to have someone submitting a form have a login. Once they login, they can see all forms that are assigned to them. They can't see any submissions but they can only fill out the forms and submit them.
