Hi,

In a nut shell:
  • Sessions expire too quickly (even though they are set to 30 mins)
  • Even if one is logged in, clicking on a link to formtools requires a login again

I have put in place both these solutions:
Still, if a client logins in successfully, then immediately clicks on a link on an email sent by formtools, they are asked to log in on the same browser. Why is this?
