adding option to existing field...now can't see records

i add option to a drop down field...now i got that when i try to see my records...can't see anything a clickbox and the edit text button

Debug:

No further help available.
-------------------
-the records in the database still ok..but not show in the form tool backend
-excel and print format not show anything
- update and accept the form with new option field....

how can i reconnect all to work properly again

Glad you got it sorted out! May I ask, what was the mistake? I'd like to see if I can improve the validation handling to prevent that from happening.
