Public form

Is it possible to use the internal form feature to create a public form that does not require a login to FormTools? I would like to collect public data, but not permit the responders to see any of the data collected. I would also like to forbid more than one submission from an one IP address.

Hi Paul,

I'm afraid not. Internal forms are very basic - they just let Form Tools users add/delete/manage the submission data. To have them published on your site, they'll need to be an External form. And for forbidding submissions from multiple IPs, you'll need to use the API. On the latter issue, this tutorial may help out:
