Sign up form, more than one person

Hello everybody,

I wanna to make a sign up form where people can say if they come alone, or with more than one person. This can be with 2 or more people.
But every person has to fill in there contact information.

Can Formtools create forms on the fly or does every person has to fill in the "single person" form to get this result?
It would be nice that when you say: i come with 3 persons to the party, that formtools created 3 times the information form.
