Error: The requested URL /admin/forms/ was not found on this server

Hi ,

I just went through the install process which said was done correctly. I deleted the install folder as indicated. Now when I try to log into Form Tools it takes my user name and password but gives me this error:

404 Not Found
The requested URL /admin/forms/ was not found on this server.

Can anyone help me? I'd REALLY appreciate it. This is the first time I have used this. I am stumped!!

Thanks for the post! Are you running Form Tools 1 as well as Form Tools 2 - or just version 1? The reason I ask is that I took a glance at your site and found an FT1 installation.
