no_account_id_in_sessions

Hi Guys!

Suddenly my formtools installation started having problems.
It often logs me out randomly and I get this message:

No user account ID was found in sessions. Please log in again below.

I upgraded from 2.0.4 to 2.1.9 and problem remains unsolved.
Now the message appears only in the address bar like this:

/formtools/?message=notify_no_account_id_in_sessions

I also moved to a different server and still nothing.

Most of the time I am being logged out when I try to switch between tabs on the "edit submission" page or if I try to switch between different views using the drop-down menu in the top right corner.

I added this line to /global/config.php file and it did not help:
