Hi everyone, I am really new to this stuff (programming, as well as Form Tools) and could use all the help I can get! This looks like a GREAT solution to our needs, if I can just get everything configured properly.
Last night, I went through the process of getting a new form set up in Form Tools. Everything completed successfully, and then I realized this morning that two of my fields were not imported by Form Tools. :-( Both are checkbox fields (just one single checkbox with each field) and both are very important. It did seem to import other checkbox fields nicely - and I've gone back and looked at my code and there's nothing different about these checkboxes from the others.
I have a pretty lengthy form, and I totally missed this when I was setting it up - just caught it this morning (fresh eyes...lol) and was wondering if there is a way to "add" the fields in there manually after the fact? I can't quite seem to figure out how.
OR, do I need to try and re-import the form all over again?
I am having issues with this form that I addressed in another thread, in that it processes and stores the data in Form Tools, but does not move on to my Thank You page - it just simply displays my form page again as a blank page.
If I could just get those items in check, I think this could possibly work for our needs and I would be ever so appreciative!!!
My form is here:
http://www.kreativebrain.com/1TESTING/gr...e_app2.php
and the code for the checkboxes that are not importing are as follows:
<input name="s5_entrant_is_driver" type="checkbox" id="s5_entrant_is_driver" value="Yes" />
<input name="s6_entrant_is_navigator" type="checkbox" id="s6_entrant_is_navigator" value="Yes" />
Thanks in advance for ANY help that you all might be able to provide!
Have a great day!
