Error when trying to create Submission Accounts

Hi,

For the submission accounts modules, when I try to Configure New Form and after selecting the form name, I have a popup error which says:
Error: SyntaxError: JSON.parse (firefox)

Error: SyntaxError: SyntaxError (IE)

Essentially I cannot choose the Username & Password field because it's a disabled dropdown asking me to select a form.

Anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Hi Ferri,

Huh, I wasn't able to reproduce this. I wonder if there's something particular with your form names or something like that that's causing the error...

Any chance you could view source on the page and email it to me (ben.keen@gmail.com)? I just want to see if there's any syntax errors in the generated javascript. That's my best bet.
