form exists but does not show.-SOLVED_....

Hi, I'm new here and could use some help.
Installed form tools on localhost and created a form (internal) . All worked fine, did some test submissions, and was content with the result. Now, two days later out of nowhere, i can't make any new submissions.
What happens?
When i go to the Forms tab and i can see my form. When i click on the VIEW link under submissions i get the page where i can see my 5 test submissions. when i now click on the ADD button to create a new submission i get a blank page and not the form i created. the URL looks correct (....formtools/admin/forms/edit_submission.php?form_id=3&view_id=2&submission_id=22&message=new_submission).
When I use the back button on my browser i can see the new (empty) submission. trying to edit the empty submission gets me to same blank page. (formtools/admin/forms/edit_submission.php?form_id=3&view_id=2&submission_id=22)
Ran the System check module, it only found some orphans... deleted them... forgot to copy the results....

As usual you find the solution just after posting a question...
Re tracking my moves i realized that i changed something in the validation tab of an e-mail field, checked Valid email...
After unchecking everything went back to normal.... don't know if it's a bug but it didn't work for me.
