Dynamically Adding Multiple Fields

Hi all,

I am trying to create an external form that requires the user to type in family information for a health screening. The client would like to have a button that says "add additional family member", and the button populates 5 fields for them to enter new data for the additional family member.

1. Does form tools allow for dynamic data to be added?
   
2. 2. Does anyone have a link to an example of how to create this using javascript/and html
   

To give a better idea, the dynamic data I want to generate is similar to the data on an online application that says "add additional employment history" which then populates the same employment history fields at the record above it.

FT does not have any provisions for adding new fields dynamically.

If you use an additional script to add new fields to the database dynamically, it may cause issues with displaying the new data within the FT interface since when a new field is added within FT, other settings are written to different tables such as field options, settings, and views.

One option would be create enough fields within FT to accommodate a set number of additional family members, then in your form, use JS to hide the additional fields until a button is clicked (add additional).
