After I pressed the power on, the acer display appeared and I waited for the lock screen to display but a gray screen just showed up. Joseph from geek squad support number suggested me to power off the laptop completely then remove the battery. Then I remove the dust from the motherboard and other part of laptop. When I started it was working fine without any issue.

Start your PC then just as Windows loads - press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a shut down. Do it 3 times. You may only need to do it twice, but on the third start Windows will boot into the recovery environment. This will try to make Windows repair itself. fnaf

It appears that either the wire connecting the monitor to the motherboard or the display itself is malfunctioning. Try updating the graphics driver first and see if that helps. If the issue is still not fixed then you need to ask for help from a professional. And because I have no problem with my laptop, I will not continue playing stranger things game free download - games.lol. And if you to try it after you fix your device, here is the source link.
