Hello, looking at the demo and documentation I do not see a clear answer to this question.

Can a form created in this be used on a external website. I need to embed a form on a Bigcommerce website.

Hey Dave,

If you use the Form Builder the form will need to be on the same server as the Bigcommerce website. If you use the API method to connect to Form Tools you it will need to be on the same server as the Bigcommerce website. If you create a form on Bigcommerce and are able to edit HTML you can use the post method to connect to Form Tools and it can reside on a different server.
