form results sent to email has cut off form field

Hello,
I have recently installed the new form tools and created 4 new forms using Validation and data captures. The emails that are being sent to the recipient have fields that are cut off, lets say not the whole email address is showing up on in the email or the data base. I have increased field character size to 250 and that did not solve it.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the post! After you increased the field size, try putting through another submission and check your email.

It's important to note that data that's inputted with the old, smaller field size is truncated permanently. Changing the field size later won't "un-truncate" the data.

I suspect that that's the most likely cause.
