Database Tab not appearing when editing a Form

Hello....we are perhaps using an old version of Form Tools(2.2.5). I am a newbie & someone else who quit was maintaining this DB in my company.

We haven't edited a form in past couple of years....however, there was a need to add a new field to one of our forms. I clicked on Edit Form icon & it displays all tabs except the Database Tab.

Can someone please help explain why that might be happening? How do I get it to display?

Looks like in 2.1.x onwards Database tab was merged with the Fields tab...so will close this thread. However, I have question regarding not being able to add a new field...for which I will open a new thread. thanks.
