Timestamp Error on Last Modified

Hello!

First of all, thank you for a wonderful product. I'm having some issues with the timestamps in my emails. The database is correctly displaying my +2 time offset but when emails come in of new form submissions, the "Last Modified" and "Submission Made" times are incorrect. They are actually displaying 2 hours behind the intended time. For example, if someone submits a form at 12pm, the email shows 10am.

Any chance anyone can help me out with this issue?

I'm having a very similar issue. I have the GMT offset properly set, and the database reflects the proper submission time, however in the email that is sent upon submission, the offset is being ignored and GMT time is being shown.
