Test email works fine but no emails are sent upon submission.
The submission itself works fine. Including Uploads.
Using FT2.
Any ideas?

Hi amoselkana,
Is this is a direct or API submission? There's a few things you could check:
1. Check that that "on form submission" trigger checkbox is checked on the Edit Form -> Emails tab -> Edit Email Template -> Configuration tab. That would be my first bet...
2. On that same page under Advanced Settings, check you haven't assigned the email template to be mapped to a View. If you have, confirm that the submission getting through DOES appear in the View specified.
3. Check the email template isn't disabled, too.
4. Lastly, double-check your email recipient email addresses. If they're incorrect, you won't get the emails of course.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi Ben,
Is this is a direct or API submission? Direct
1. Check that that "on form submission" trigger checkbox is checked on the Edit Form -> Emails tab -> Edit Email Template -> Configuration tab. That would be my first bet... Checked
2. On that same page under Advanced Settings, check you haven't assigned the email template to be mapped to a View. If you have, confirm that the submission getting through DOES appear in the View specified. This is what is in the advanced settings: When sent >> For any form submission is checked, In the Include option to send >> Yes, for all Views is checked, Limit email content to fields >> All submissions is slected
3. Check the email template isn't disabled, too. It isn't
4. Lastly, double-check your email recipient email addresses. If they're incorrect, you won't get the emails of course. They are correct
What to do?

Huh, this is puzzling.
So when you say the test email works, you mean the test email from the "Test" tab on the Edit Email template page? (Just wanted to check you're not referring to the Swift Mailer test email).
I'm rather out of ideas... any possibility I could get temporary access to your server so I could log on and see the problem, then debug it directly? If so, email me at ben.keen@gmail.com with a reference to this thread.
