Hi Ben,
In the 'Emails' tab, if you do not click on the 'Configure Form Email Fields' and select, say "User's email address form field" pointing to an email field name, the following message appears under the 'Recipient(s) tab.
On the above message there is a url link called 'configure the form email fields', well when you click on it, the following error message occurs:

Thought I'd let you know that there is a possible bug here somewhere.

Thought I'd let you know that there is a possible bug here somewhere.
