I am having trouble with Export Manager.
If I generate an excel or csv request, a new page appear with this message:

Firefox can't find the file at http://"ourwebsite"/formtools/modules/export_manager/export.php?export_group_id=2&export_group_2_results=all.

The print option works with no problem.

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
