Suitable for my case?

Hello community,

I'm new to Form Tools so please forgive me if I haven't found the answer to my question in the Forums or on the Website yet.

So my question is:

We Need to replace some old Piece of Software junk which hasn't been updated for Ages.

Currently we use some sort of wiki for this application form. Someone did a really great Job to manipulate the wiki so much that it was possible somehow.

Basically the result Need to be public in our Intranet. It should look similar to the Report I get out of the forms here. But I havent found a solution to make this public available without a user loging in.

The Routine for this form is:
Dpt. Inbox is getting a request from external. Dpt. Inbox then puts the request into this wiki application form where Dpt. 1 adds their opinion after that it goes on to Dpt. 2 and so on when finally some Dpt. Last finished Dpt. Inbox is happy (Hopefully).

So in my opionion I Need edit right for this form which has been created by Detp. Inbox for Dpt. 1, 2, etc. Dpt. Last then pushes the button back to Dpt. Inbox whereas the others only click submit (I'm finished with my part).


In your eyes .. is this possible with Form Tools?

Out of the box, there is no way to do what you want without a user login.
