I have uplaoded files to my ftp server and eventually got the files to appear on a web browser under my domain/formtools.
I have a list of files, but no configuration page is showing up. Should I open a specific file to get the thing to work?

It should go directly to the installation script when you visit the folder on your web browser. Can you double check all of the files were uploaded correctly?

Name Size Date Modified
[parent directory]
formtools/ 02/07/2017, 16:51:00

Just changed all permissions in public directory and the whole of formtools folder to 777. Still just getting the folder list showing in the browser. I'm sure I'm missing something easy. What you see are the list of folders and you can go into these to get more folders. Should I go into the "install" folder?

to summarise:
1. Downloaded from formtoools
2. Unzipped files
3. Uploaded to my server host provider using File Zilla and saved them under the "public" directory which is the parent directory in tree list above.
4. Changed permissions to public directory and the formtolls folder and all sub directories.
5. paste the url of the "formtools" into a web browser and just get the directory list of folders/files.
As I say, I'm probably doing something stupid.
