Error on STEP 3

Hi there!

I'm having trouble getting through step 3 of the installation process.

Once I've finished entering the required data and hit the "Create Database tables" button, I get this error message:


Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@kallistei.com.mx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've already spoken with hosting support, but I was told to refer directly with the script provider.

Anyone has any idea what the problem may be?

Hi dvgn,

No idea, I'm afraid... the 500 error is particularly perplexing. Maybe try deleting all the files and re-uploading them. It's possible some files got corrupted or didn't make the trip to your server.
