Display Problem

I have upgraded from FT2 to FT3 and everything seems to work properly except the display of the list Submissions.
It displays some fields and not others.  I tried to go into the settings and change the properties to see if the fields will be displayed with other properties, but had no luck with that!!
In the image (link bellow) you can see the missing Divers and Date fields from the list!  Both fields have values for all of the forms, so there seems to be a problem in displaying some formats.  This was working fine with FT2!

It seems that in the View page it only displays text fields.  Any other fields, such as date, time, pulldown menu etc. don't appear in the list!!!

At least, can someone tell me how to revert back to FT2 so I do not have this problem till a solution is found?
