I have installed Form Tools thru my existing host Arvixe.
I have been able to create a form but do not see a "publish" tab?
Is the entire program not installed? Thanks for help.[Image: screenshot.jpg]

Hi,

The Form Builder is a premium module, you will need to purchase this in order to publish forms inside Form Tools. Alternatively, you can build HTML forms and connect directly to Form Tools through our API. Hope this helps.
