Hey Ben,
I've been experiencing this issue for a few months now but been paying closer attention to it lately. It seems that every few days or so clients can't access their data via the views created.
The client is listed as having access to the form itself, but when I check each view created, they are removed. It happens with every single form that is stored in the database.
Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks.

Heya,
I would *love* to look at this problem on your system. This has been reported by a few people, but I've never yet seen it. Any chance I could get temporary FTP access (so I can debug the problem directly) and your Form Tools login info? If so, email me at ben.keen@gmail.com
One caveat: I'm utterly, utterly swamped right now so I wouldn't be able to look at it until tomorrow night or more likely Saturday.

I'm experiencing the same problem, this problem only occurs when I create a new 'Client' and add that client to the respective form. Once the new client is added all clients are removed from views currently setup but still have access to the form.

Hi Prig, et al.
Thanks EVER so much for allowing me access to your system for this. I located a problem and just released a fix for it in tonight's 2.0.3 build. I think this should solve it (unless there's a second problem, which is always possible!)
2.0.3 is pretty stable now. I'm going to wait a few more days, but I'll be making it the standard release pretty soon.

Thanks Ben! I just installed the beta and reassigned permissions to everyone that lost access. I'll let ya know if I have any reoccurring issues. Thanks!

Ben,
I just logged in today and seems like all my clients lost their permission again. They all seem to be added to the form, but they lose permissions over time when assigned to various views.
