Hi Brad,

In the Main tab you can change the Form Type to External Form. You'd still need to create the actual form but would not need to redo everything in the Form Tools admin. I would probably duplicate the form with the forms back up module first: http://modules.formtools.org/form_backup/ and use that instead of making changes to the Form Builder form. The backup module will duplicate everything you've setup in the form.
