Hey Bill,
What you can do is manually update the database password.
Create a new password here:
http://docs.formtools.org/encrypt.php
Then in phpMyAdmin (or another database management tool) go to your ft_accounts table (your DB table prefix may be different), and update the password value for the administrator record (row #1).
That should then let you be able to log in.
