Sorry nystua, I read your post earlier but didn't have anything to suggest... The test tab of the Email Templates pages uses a lot of the same code for displaying/sending an email, but not all. There will always be differences between that and actual emails sent via the form.

The error message implies that there's some reason that the SMTP server is rejecting the email, but I'd need to look at it directly to debug it... and I'm rather short of time!

Sorry I couldn't be any help.
