Hi Josh,

Are you sending the information in both HTML and text format? It sounds like maybe the intro was added to one of them but not the other, and that your email client is showing the other content.

In case anyone's puzzled about this: emails are commonly sent TWICE for every email (!): one in HTML format, one in text format. Then, depending on the program you're using to read the email, it will choose either the text or HTML content (but never both). This is a handy way to ensure that the email you're sending will show up properly for ALL email programs.
