Sure! Presumably the clients are checking a field to indicate their preference? If so, no problem. What you could do is just create a View for your form that had a standard filter set up that would limit the results returned to "chosen == yes" or something - whatever your field is. You could then call the View "Selected Performances" which would appear as a dropdown in the top right of the page.
When they're browsing the admin section they could just select the Selected Performances option in the dropdown and they use the Printer-friendly page to display those - and only those - performances they were interested in.
