I found the answer myself... easy to fix, just a little deep

Log into Administrative Panel

Edit the "Form" to be changed

Go to "Fields"
Edit Field to be changed

"Text Area Settings"

Uncheck "Input Length"
Input what you want...

"Save Changes"

"Update Form"
